My latest body of work takes the majority of its inspiration from `Wanderer Above the Sea of Fog' by Casper David Friedrich painted in 1818.
Anyone who is familiar with the journey of my work will recognise the relevance of this painting to its current expression. My own experiences of the internal and external landscape in connection with experiences of loss has dictated my work for many years. This current body of work depicts the observation of memories from a long and increasingly safer distance.
